Our policy lasts 12 hours. If after 12 hours of your purchase, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of our receipt of the returned item and further notifying you of either the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your account within 7 days.

To return your product, kindly mail it to:

Please, note that you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
