These are the terms and conditions (the Delivery Terms) that apply to the delivery by us of goods purchased by you from us either online at www.thecristoplace.com or in our store (the home delivery service).

The Home Delivery Service is provided by The Cristo Place Restaurant Limited (Hereinafter referred to as The Cristo Place, Cristo Place, Cristo, we, us, or our). Our registered office is at Ojodu Primary School, Aina Street, Opp. Bokku Mart, Ojodu, Lagos, Nigeria. (company’s phone numbers: 0903 795 0063).

When we refer to “you”, and by “you”, we mean the purchaser of the goods and user of the Home Delivery Service. We may subcontract our obligations for the Home Delivery Service to transport service providers of our choice, but we will remain responsible for the performance of the Home Delivery Service to you.

We reserve the right to change the Delivery Terms at any time. Any changes to the Delivery Terms will be effective for all new orders placed.

Terms of Deliveries

We will make doorstep delivery at the delivery address specified while placing the order. It is your responsibility to be available to accept delivery at the specified delivery address or location on the day of delivery.

All delivery orders are processed within 20 minutes and delivered within 2 hours minimum, depending on the delivery location.

We are open every day from 8 am to 6 pm and on Sundays from 12 noon to 6 pm. Orders that come in after 6 pm will be delivered the next day.

Our store is open every day from 8 am to 6 pm and on Sundays from 12 noon to 8 pm for pickup orders.
